TimeGate is an annual science fiction / fantasy convention that focuses on Doctor Who and Stargate but also includes programming on a wide range of other sci-fi / fantasy interests. So if you're into Stargate SG-1, Doctor Who, Stargate Atlantis, Torchwood or The Sarah Jane Adventures—or you're excited about the new show Stargate Universe—this is the convention for you! But if not, we'll also have Star Trek, Battlestar, literary, horror and comics programming too, along with many other topics. In 2012, we celebrate the 35th Anniversary of Star Wars and the franchise that that film launched.

5-7-12: Pre-registration for TimeGate 2012 is now closed! Thanks to everyone who bought their TG memberships in advance this year. We had our biggest pre-reg results ever! We look forward to seeing you at the convention! At-door rates for full weekend and one-days are now available on the Membership page.

4-16-12: Our Dealers Room is now sold out! Check the Dealers page to see who all will be vending at TimeGate 2012! If you'd like to attend TimeGate 2013 as a dealer, we'll have information regarding that following this year's convention.

4-13-12: We're very sad to announce that Paul Kasey will not be joining us this year for TimeGate 2012 due to his filming schedule. But really, if its a choice between coming to our convention or making new episodes of Doctor Who, we'll choose the episodes anyday. We wish Paul all the best and hopefully we will be able to have him over sometime in the future. For now, a replacement guest is being sought. Stay tuned for additional information!

2-16-12: Announcing the Bring a Doctor to TimeGate Campaign! With next year being the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who, we have many great things planned already! 1-11-12: It is our great pleasure to announce that TimeGate 2012 will be graced by none other than Caitlin Blackwood, who plays little Amelia Pond in the current seasons of Doctor Who! This will be Caitlin's second North American appearance and the first one the East Coast.

1-5-12: Just announced: The Ken Spivey Band is currently in the studio working on its first Doctor Who-themed Celtic rock album, and plans to debut the new CD at TimeGate 2012! Visit the Events page for more information!

12-26-11: Been kind of quiet lately, but now that we're moving into the New Year, things will pick back up. And to kick it off, here's two new guests to announce: First is Star Wars novelist and comic book scripter John Jackson Miller. We also have James R Tuck, urban fantasy novelist, joining us. 10-28-11: As you can see on the banner at the top of the page, we've added a new guest to our roster for 2012: David Nykl, who played Dr. Radek Zelenka for five seasons on Stargate Atlantis. We're very thrilled to have Mr. Nykl with us next year.

7-6-11: Here's the TimeGate contingent at the preview screening of Torchwood: Miracle Day that STARZ hosted at the Landmark Theatre here in Atlanta. Was a really good turnout, and the STARZ folks said that a lot of people had to be turned away, which is sad. But the episode was terrific and it seems we're in for a fantastic season!

5-30-11: Our site has gone through its annual regeneration to reflect a new year. New guests, new programming ... "Change, my dear. And not a moment too soon!" Our hotel is the beautiful Holiday Inn Select on Chamblee-Dunwoody Road, just inside 285. Its easily accessible from two MARTA stations, and the hotel runs regular complimentary shuttles to both.
