  TimeGate 2010 Guests

TimeGate is an annual science fiction / fantasy covention that focuses on Doctor Who and Stargate, though all interests are represented. So if you're into Stargate SG-1, Doctor Who, Stargate Atlantis, Torchwood or the Sarah Jane Chroniclesor you're excited about the upcoming show Stargate Universethis is the con for you! But if not, we'll also have Star Trek, Battlestar, Heroes, literary, horror and comics programming too, along with many other topics.

TimeGate shirtWe were unable to have an official convention shirt on site this year, but you can pick one up in our Store! A new design available via CafePress on shirts, mugs, journals, clocks, you name it! Purchase of items from the store helps us raise money for Guest travel.

Chattacon AdJanuary 22, 2010: If you're attending Chattacon this weekend, come stop by our table and purchase your membership for May! You can also get an update on all the great things we have planned for you and learn about all our great Guests! See you there! Pictured is our ad in the Chattacon program book!

December 17, 2009: Updates have been made to the Events page, revealing some new items that have been added to the programming schedule for 2010. There's much more to come!

September 30: There's been a major change in plans for the SGU premiere event, which will be held this Friday night, October 2, at 7:30 p.m. Visit the event page for details.

Sept 8, 2009: Dragon*Con 2009 is now over and as you can see at the top of this page, we announced our new guests for next year this weekend! We had a great time and met a lot of new friends who we're hoping to see at TimeGate next year! Thanks to all who dropped by our fan table for a visit!

July 22, 2009: I got an email from Mary Tamm today, letting me know that her biography is now done and a publication date is set! The book, entitled First Generation, will be released on September 14. It will be available in both paperback and a limited edition hardcover (which will be numbered, autographed, and will include an extra photo section) from the book division of Fantom Films. Here's the gorgeous cover art and the back cover text:

Raised by Estonian parents in 1950’s Bradford, Mary has had a successful acting career in stage, television and film. Mostly notably in The Donati Conspiracy, with the late and great Richard Beckinsale, her first feature film, Tales that Witness Madness, with Kim Novak, a cult classic, and The Odessa File, with Jon Voight, which pitched her career into the international arena.

Holiday Inn SelectOur hotel is the beautiful Holiday Inn Select on Chamblee-Dunwoody Road, just inside 285. Its easily accessible from two MARTA stations, and the hotel runs regular complimentary shuttles to both. We're conveniently located amongst many dining and shopping options.
